Co-founder of Clane Medical Practice, Dr. Hilda Cummins is orginally from Kildare. Dr. Hilda studied medicine at University College Dublin. Upon qualifying she worked in medical jobs in the Mater Hospital, Beamount Hospital, St. Johns, Limerick, Our Lady of Lourdes, Drogheda, which was the time during which she obtained her membership of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
Following a year working as an emergency department registrar in Gosford, Australia, Hilda returned home to pursue the GP training scheme in Sligo. During this time she studied psychiatry, obstetrics and gynaechology, surgery, emergency department medicine and trained in multiple GP Positions following her qualificaton as a GP. Hilda has been working as a GP now for the past 11 years.
Co-founder of Clane Medical Practice, Dr. Oxana Bailey studied medicine in Trinity College Dublin.
She graduated with honours and then worked as an intern and took general medical training in major hospitals such as St. James's and Tallaght.
She then did her GP training in the Trinity College GP Training Scheme and since graduation in 2013 has worked as a GP.
Dr. Oxana's speciality is in the area of womens health and she has obtained a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
Oxana also has a higher diploma in business studies from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin
